The blue Toco (Tocograph) editing buttons allow you to edit
Baseline
When this is selected, baseline circles can be added to the Toco by tapping on the Toco trace.
Tap on a circle and drag it around to alter the baseline value.
Tap and hold on a circle to display the delete icon to remove.
Noise
When this is selected, noise circles can be added to the Toco by tapping on the Toco trace.
Tap on a circle and drag it around to alter the noise.
Tap and hold on a circle to display the delete icon to remove.
Shapes
Shapes are the way contractions can be added to a Toco trace
Scroll the images of the shapes to reveal the 6 shapes available.
Adding a new shape
- Select a shape - the border will change from white to blue to indicate selected shape.
- Tap on the Toco trace to add the shape
- Tap and drag the shape to move it along the trace
Shape Length and Intensity
Select a shape on the Toco trace.
Use the Length and Intensity sliders to adjust the shape.
Shape Duplication and Deletion
Tap on a shape to reveal the duplicate and delete buttons
Duplicate - adds another shape to the right of the current shape
Delete - removes the shape.
Complex shapes
You can move shapes together to create complex shapes.

Adding shapes to an existing FHR trace
If a FHR trace has already been added, when Toco shapes are selected, vertical reference lines will appear.
Contact
Loss of contact of the trace can be simulated.
- Select a loss of contact type - full or intermittent
- Tap on the Toco trace to add
- Tap and drag to move the loss of contact
- Adjust with the length slider
- Tap and hold to show the duplicate and delete buttons
