- Save all scenarios in Existing CTGi
- Download new CTGi from the App Store onto the same iPad
- Share Scenarios from existing CTGi to new CTGi

Update Existing CTGi
- Use the Facilitator iPad with Existing CTGi
- Go to https://isimulate.community via Safari and login
- Tap on Me and My Profile
- Tap on Available downloads
- Install CTGi 3.10.1
Save all scenarios in Existing CTGi
- Open Existing CTGi
- Tap on Facilitator Mode
- Tap on Load Scenario
- Choose a Scenario
- Tap on Menu
- Tap on Save Scenario
- Choose Save (not Save As)
- Repeat the steps 3-7 for every scenario
Download new CTGi from the App Store onto the same iPad
Share Scenarios from existing CTGi to new CTGi
- Open Existing CTGi
- Tap on Settings
- Tap and hold on a Scenario
- Choose Share
- If CTGi is not visible in the app icons, swipe to the left to find CTGi
- Tap on Copy to CTGi
- Success pop-up message will be seen
- Open new CTGi to confirm scenario has been imported.
Troubleshooting
Q: I tried to share a scenario but the app crashed.
A: In some instances a video or image in the scenario may be compromising scenario sharing. Delete the image or video in the existing CTGi scenario and then press Menu>Save Scenario>Save.
Once this is done, try Sharing the scenario again.
Q: I have Shared the scenario but some of the investigations have not been shared.
A: Unfortunately there may be some instances where the investigations may not be able to be shared. Our advice is to create new investigations directly in the new CTGi scenario.
